Privacy Policy

Article 1 (Purpose and Scope of Application)

This Privacy Policy is established pursuant to the provisions of applicable data protection legislation, including without limitation the statutes governing information and communications networks, personal data protection, and their subordinate regulations, for the purpose of clarifying the manner and basis upon which the service operator (hereinafter "Operator") processes the personal information of data subjects, as well as the rights, obligations, and remedies available to such data subjects. This Policy applies comprehensively to 67toolz (hereinafter "Service") and all platforms, API endpoints, and static resource delivery channels connected or associated therewith. By commencing use of the Service, the data subject shall be deemed to have consented to the entirety of this Policy.

Article 2 (Processing Purposes and Scope of Client-Side Operations)

The core functional modules of the Service (including image format conversion and compression, binary encoding and decoding, matrix-based two-dimensional code generation and recognition, numerical computation, time-series processing, and all other associated computational operations) are executed exclusively within the JavaScript runtime environment of the data subject's browser (hereinafter "Client Context"). Accordingly, all binary streams, string literals, and structured data objects submitted, uploaded, or entered by the data subject within the Client Context are not transmitted to, recorded on, preserved in, or indexed by any server infrastructure managed or controlled by the Operator, nor by any third-party persistent storage facility. Notwithstanding the foregoing, records of network-layer traffic occurring outside the Client Context may be included in server-side logs maintained by infrastructure providers (e.g., CDN operators, hosting providers) not directly controlled by the Operator, and such records fall outside the scope of this Policy.

Article 3 (Automatically Collected Information and Third-Party Processing Delegation)

The Operator engages third-party service providers (hereinafter "Sub-processors") that maintain independent privacy policies, for the purposes of service quality measurement, error detection, traffic analysis, and commercial advertising. Sub-processors may, through scripts executed within the data subject's browser environment, collect non-identified or pseudonymized behavioral information (including but not limited to: access timestamps, page-view sequences, dwell time, referral sources, device types, browser environment identifiers, and network interface information) by means of cookies, local storage, pixel tags, fingerprinting techniques, or any combination thereof. Such collection activities are governed exclusively by the Sub-processor's own privacy policy, and the Operator assumes no responsibility for independent data processing activities conducted by Sub-processors. Data subjects may exercise their right to withdraw consent to behavioral-based personalized advertising through the opt-out mechanisms provided by the relevant Sub-processor.

Article 4 (Data Flows Arising from External API Integration)

Certain functional modules of the Service transmit read-only (HTTP GET) requests asynchronously to third-party REST API endpoints for the purpose of retrieving real-time data from external sources. Such requests may be dispatched directly from the data subject's browser, in which case network identification information such as IP addresses may be recorded in the server-side logs of the relevant external API provider. The Operator does not retain control over information collected through such external API integrations, and the terms of service and privacy policies of the respective third-party services apply independently. The Operator makes no warranty as to the availability, accuracy, or continuity of external APIs, and assumes no legal liability for service disruptions, data errors, or damages to data subjects arising therefrom.

Article 5 (Use of Browser Storage Mechanisms)

The Operator utilizes the browser's Web Storage API (localStorage) to a minimum extent necessary for the purpose of optimizing the data subject's service environment (e.g., retaining dark/light theme preferences). Data recorded in said storage exists solely within the data subject's device and is neither transmitted to servers nor shared with other domains. However, cookies or other tracking technologies installed by Sub-processors may be used for cross-site tracking in accordance with Sub-processor policies, and data subjects may restrict such use through browser settings.

Article 6 (Rights of Data Subjects and Methods of Exercise)

Data subjects hold the right to request access, correction or deletion, suspension of processing, and withdrawal of consent with respect to their personal information, within the scope permitted by applicable law. However, as the Operator does not independently collect or retain data capable of identifying individual data subjects on the server side, the practical exercisability of such rights may be limited to the scope of data processed by Sub-processors. Rights pertaining to Sub-processors must be exercised directly in accordance with procedures stipulated in the respective Sub-processor's privacy policy.

Article 7 (Amendments to the Policy and Notification)

This Policy may be amended without prior notice in response to changes in legislation, modifications to the service structure, changes in processing delegation relationships, or other relevant circumstances. Amended policies shall take effect upon publication on this page. Continued use of the Service by a data subject following such amendment shall be deemed as consent to the revised content. Data subjects bear the obligation to periodically review this page.
